Casart Game Lodge has two double-bedded rondavels. Both rondavels have their own private covered terrace with a jaccuzzi and loungers. Every rondavel comes with a king-size bed, luxurious en suite restroom with a tranquil bath and spacious shower.

Casart Game Lodge also has a private guesthouse that can accommodate four guests. The lodge has two bedrooms and a luxurious bathroom. The lodge is air-conditioned.

Booking confirmation
- any booking made is final after receiving the required deposit.
- the terms and conditions of Casart Game Lodge apply to each booking.
Child Policy
- children over 15 years are welcome, subject to direct supervision of adults at all times.
- children need to share the room with an adult at all times.
Deposit
- 70% of the total amount need to be paid to confirm your booking.
- a deposit made by internet banking needs to be received and confirmed within 48 hours after the booking was made.
Arrival and departure
- our check in time is between 14h00 and 18h00 pm.
- our check out time is before 10h00 am.
- Early or late arrivals can be arranged for. Please enquire about this.
Payment Terms
- full payment on departure is required.
- we accept Visa and Mastercard payments.
- internet banking payments are preferred, bank charges on any internet banking payment are at your own cost, proof of payment need to be sent by email.
Cancellation policy
- more than 60 days prior the arrival date: refund of 100% of the deposit.
- 31-60 days prior the arrival date: refund of 50% of the deposit.
- 0-30 days prior the arrival date, no refund of the deposit.
- all refunds are subject to an administration fee of R150 to cover administration and banking fees.
- in the event of no show or premature departure, the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged subject to interim changes.
