A deposit of 50% of the total daily rate for the duration of your stay is required in order to secure a booking. The balance of the daily rate is payable 2 weeks before arrival. Any additional costs incurred during your stay are payable on departure. Children older then 15 years are welcome. Extra cost such as excursions, massage and bar is payable in South Africans Rands or we have credit card facilities available. Casart Game Lodge, its owners and staff cannot be held liable for any injury or loss
to person or property encountered during your stay or in your travels to or from the lodge. Annulment Policy: This cancellation policy can be changed at any time and applies under all circumstances. If you Change your Booking: After your booking has been confirmed, should you wish to change to an earlier date, you may do so subject to availability by paying a transfer. ü Cancellation of your booking must be in writing by e-mail: info@casartgamelodge.com. ü Cancellations are only effective on receipt of written notification. ü Cancellation Prior to payment of deposit – No penalty ü Cancellation after payment of deposit with more than 4 weeks notice - 20% of deposit is forfeit ü Cancellation after payment of deposit with more than 2 weeks notice - 50% of deposit is forfeit ü Cancellation after payment of deposit with less than 2 weeks notice - 100% of deposit is forfeit |
